These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wellspring Commerce LLC website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Wellspring Commerce LLC (Wellspring) is a US online retailer bringing you practical home accents, from Artificial Flowers for home decor, to Crystal Accents for Crystal home decor and Table accents, Crystal Ball for Crystal home style, Fake Books for your Coffee Table, and Jewelry Trays for home decor. Listings, photos, and descriptions reflect items we currently stock and may change. Decorative pieces are sold for indoor display as shown unless a listing says otherwise.

2. Using the site and your account

  • Provide accurate information when you place an order or create an account.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

You agree not to use the site for fraud or other illegal activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, modify, or distribute site content without permission.

3. Products and orders

We sell the home accents listed on the site. Our current catalog includes Artificial Flowers, Crystal Accents, Crystal Ball, Fake Books, and Jewelry Trays. Product names, materials, sizes, colors, and photos are provided to help you choose. Slight variation can occur with handmade or batch-produced decorative items. Descriptions, prices, images, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount using the original payment method.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order by sending confirmation or by processing shipment.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
  • Pay at checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, when those options appear for your device, browser, or account.
  • If you pay with Amazon Pay, use the store Order ID when you contact us, not a marketplace order number.
  • We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information you submit at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States to the address you provide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, then handed to a carrier. Delivery after that depends on the carrier. Provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information you supplied. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes the package, except where applicable law says otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Refund and Return Policy. That page explains eligibility, time limits, and how to request a return. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, using the original payment method where possible.

7. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, and other content on this site belong to Wellspring Commerce LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse that content for commercial purposes without written permission. Product names in listings describe goods we carry; they are not a claim that we manufacture every item.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellspring Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Use decorative items as indoor display and follow any care notes on the product page.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is current. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Review this page before you order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kalispell, MT, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction there, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different venue.
